Cancellation Policy
Payment & Confirmation - Full payment is required to secure your booking. - All payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals. - Bookings are only confirmed upon successful payment. Rescheduling Policy - A one-time reschedule may be requested with at least 3 days’ advance notice via WhatsApp at 97223108, and is subject to availability. - Rescheduling requests made within less than 3 days of the scheduled workshop will not be accepted, and the booking will be forfeited without refund. - Rescheduled bookings must be utilised within 30 days of the original date. Workshop Rules & Conduct - Participants are advised to arrive on time. Sessions will start and end as scheduled; no extensions will be given for latecomers. - All materials and tools are provided and remain the property of Galore Bake Studio. Except for the item that customer baked or decorated. No outside food or drinks are allowed in the studio. A $200 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated. Private event at our studio - No decorations (balloons, tape, banners, etc.) may be affixed to walls or furniture. Freestanding standees are allowed — please check with us before bringing them in. Liability & Safety Galore Bake Studio will not be held liable for any injuries, allergies, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the session. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to take part in the activity. Rights Reserved Galore Bake Studio reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel any workshop in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified and offered a reschedule or studio credit at our discretion.
